These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and membership portal. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our website and services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to provide accurate information when making appointments, purchases, or creating a membership account, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any misuse of our website, including attempts to disrupt its functionality, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws, is strictly prohibited.

All purchases and appointments made through our website are subject to availability and our posted policies. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase or booking, and by providing your payment information, you authorize us to process transactions through our secure payment providers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Purchased tans are not refundable, and no refunds will be issued. If the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice, it can be rescheduled. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or less, you will not be able to reschedule, and you will forfeit the payment to Glow Girl Tanning. If the appointment is missed or you are more than 15 minutes late, you will forfeit your payment to Glow Girl Tanning, & will not be able to reschedule.

Membership accounts are for individual use only. You may not share, transfer, or resell your membership access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is otherwise used inappropriately. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. If the request is made less than 3 days before your billing date, you will not be billed any further. If the request is made in 3 days or less before your billing date, you will be billed a final payment.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Glow Girl Tanning & My Jess Life. This content & the website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
