Franchise FAQ’s

  • No! You do not need to live in NC to open a franchise. In fact, we love to see other states join our team!

  • Yes! Your business will not be “created” until the full buy-in is received. However, if you would like to establish a payment plan, we understand. We want you to be comfortable with your investment.

  • We try to ensure that our franchise owners are not in competition with each other. While we would love to offer the opportunity to everyone, if you live within 10 miles of another franchise, we would discuss adding you to the existing franchise owner as an additional owner or consultant.

  • No! Owning a business is HARD WORK! If you want to be your own boss, you need to be prepared to understand that you drive your own business and it’s success. Franchise owners keep ALL of their earnings. In addition to this, no buy-in funds will be refunded.

    The short answer is your investment for this business is small and low risk. You can be incredibly successful, if you are willing to and do the work!

  • Nope! You can opt to have Glow Girl do that for you! If you choose this option, the annual cost of use of the platform will be added to your Buy-In & Annual Operations Fees.

    The cost is $50/month.
    We will create the account and post to the account for you!

  • Not exactly! We keep what we make at each location. We have a central client database so that we can access any client’s information at any time. This way, if a Franchisee Owner is out of town or unavailable, the client still has options. If the client is serviced at another franchise, the owner will keep the payment. However, the client still remains yours and their Home Location is your Franchise.

  • We include access to ClickUp which allows us to manage our Clients & Appointments. We also use Acuity Scheduling and Squarespace for appointments and websites. We build your ClickUp Workspace for you, and you can take it from there. Don’t worry, we will include instructions and help is only a phone call away! Franchisee Owners contact Glow Girl’s Owner directly with questions. She will guide you and ensure that your challenge and it’s solution are a priority.

  • No! Our Founders Club will not pay royalties EVER! We created this club specifically to get people in before the business explodes! We are growing, and you are here just in time!
